Spinal Mobility – Movement in the Park (or at home)
Join Dr Wesley as he runs through some simple spinal mobility exercises you can do at home or in the park. Spinal mobility is critical for healthy joints, discs, and nerves. Sitting still creates tension and stress, which accumulates over time. This can lead to pain and symptoms.
Move Well
These movements are targeted to create quality and controlled movement in your spinal segments, whilst also stretching and releasing large muscle groups that can put undue tension and stress on your spine and Nerve System. A healthy spine is one that can move well in each of the 24 segments, has well controlled movement, and is well aligned.
Spinal Curves
Your spinal curves are your shock absorbers, your springs or cushions. They are there to take the pressure and forces that are put through your body on a daily basis. In conjunction with your adjustments, spinal mobility may help reduce these pressures, and potential pressure on your nerves.
