Questions New Patients Ask
Will I have to have to have xrays?
Maybe. We use xrays (or correctly called radiographs), to
help use determine the severity and type of problem you may
have so that we can may the most efficient corrections possible.
We also use them to reveal any reason we shouldn't proceed
with a particular type of chiropractic care.
Can you treat DVA, Workcover or motor accident
patients?
Yes. Workcover and motor accident patients don't require
a referral but the do need to have their chiropractic care
approved by their case manager. Vetrans require a referral
from the GP, these usually last 12 months.
Do I have to keep coming for the rest of
my life?
No. People come to us for all sorts of reasons.
Some want to just feel better. Often this can be achieved within
just a few weeks, sometimes it takes much longer. Others want to
let their bodies heal and become stronger, this will require more
effort and time. Many people at our office choose to have their
spine checked and adjusted regulaly for the rest of their lives
because is it they know that by doing this plus living a healthy
lifesyle will allow them to not only feel great and perform at their
best now but also in the future. How much chiropractic care you
want is always up to you.
