Home Workout with V2 Fit
Shimon and our good friends down at V2 Fit – Kent Town have put together this quick video, demonstrating a great Home workout you can do, during self isolation. Break these down into individual exercises, or put them together to form a workout you can cycle through in rounds.
Focus on technique the first few times you complete these exercises, slowing it down to get your form right. After that, you can then work on your strength and endurance.
